Things here are about the same. "A.S." is back from his R&R now and is really annoying but I can’t complain, I get paid to much for that. I found out that he calls me “Pansy Boy” behind my back, but that is probably because he is intimidated by me since I have surpassed his 5 years of experience already when it comes to overall knowledge and performance. It might end up just being me and him here within the next month. Another contractor is offering twice the money. "P.P" is leaving and "J.G." might be right behind him. "A.S." isn’t close to being qualified and I’m reluctant to leave because I have "J.B." watching over me.
It is not 34 days until I am home on my first R&R, I think I will have just about every day planed while home. I an headed to the beach with Ashley my first weekend right when I get back. There is a VW show down at the beach we went to last year that is really nice, the “H2O International.” The weekend after that I hope to make it to Pittsburgh. I really like it up there and when I think vacation, I think Pittsburgh. There is so much to do, and I have four skateparks within an hour drive to chose from. Back home I have one, and it sucks. I will also get a chance to see Aunt Linda, one of the few people who actually writes me letters and I may get a chance to see JJ. I also hope to get to go to Danielle’s graduation party, she just finished school and I think she is having some sort of party, I hope I can make that. Besides the running around I hope to do some camping, definitely something outdoorsy. I miss green!
Speaking of green, I had a chance to start a flower garden; I did it on my day off yesterday. I found a packing crate in the scrap wood yard and put legs on it so it stands level with my porch. I also though of a way to keep it watered during the day, just watering it in the morning and at night wouldn’t be enough. I bought some parachute cord and cut it into 10inch lengths. I then inserted half the cord in to holes I put into a water bottles, leaving the other half out. I then put the bottles in the planter and filled it with dirt. The string wicks the water from the bottle into the peat moss I used as planting soil. It seems to be working well. I just hope the seeds I bought from the Hotum, my Iraqi “supplier”, actually grow. If not I will get some seeds from home. I just hope it isn’t too late to get something to grow, however the summer does last until late November or early December.
I am happy to get my mom’s tripod in the mail yesterday, I had a chance to take lots of night pictures and play around more with my camera, I posted a few at the bottom of this page, tell me what you think. I had to decrease the quality so I could upload them. The southern people thought I was nuts seeing me out last night with the camera, “yurr can’t take pictures at night, there aint no light, everyone know that DUH!” I sometimes wish the south had won the Civil war and were there own country, that way we wouldn’t have to deal with them and the would probably destroy themselves anyway.

Babe babe babe!!! I love these pictures! I really do! I love the one where you're walking and there's 2 of you. And I also love the basketball court one, too! It's kind of eerie. I like it.
You can trust that all the green back home is missing you as well :)
I'll go anywhere and everywhere you want when you're home. I really want to take some pictures of you skating. I like your idea of camping, too, if you're not too tired. We can camp in the backyard, instead if you want! That could be fun.
I love you SO SO SO MUCH!!!
